SHIPPING:

Our items are shipped from 2-5 business days. Holidays will differ this shipping timeline.

 

RETURNS:

AS OF March 1st 2022, RETURN SHIPPING IS TO BE PAID BY THE CUSTOMER. CHIC ROOTS BOUTIQUE DOES NOT OFFER FREE RETURN SHIPPING.

THERE IS NO RESTOCKING FEE

WE ONLY OFFER STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNED ITEMS.

We are a small business, and can not issue refunds to initial method of payment. We would be happy to help you with sizing and styling questions to ensure your purchase is well thought through. Just send us an email at chicrootsboutique@gmail.com 

 

HOW DO I RECEIVE MY STORE CREDIT?

Once your return is received and processed, we will add your store credit to your customer account. Please allow 5-7 business days after return is received for store credit to be delivered. 

 

ADDITIONAL RETURN DETAILS

-Items not eligible for returns include Sale items, Jewelry, and Bodysuits.

 -The amount of your Store Credit is only for the item(s) you purchased and does not include the shipping cost.

 -Merchandise must be returned to us within 7 days of the delivery date.

-Merchandise must be unwashed and unworn.

-Shoes must be unworn and free of any scuffs or marks.

-If an item is Ineligible for a Return and it is included, we will have to send back the Ineligible Item to you.

-Please allow 5-10 business days for return processing.

-Store Credit does not expire.

DAMAGES:

Any defective item must be reported to chicrootsboutique@gmail.com within 3 days of being delivered or it cannot be returned.  Upon confirmation email of the damaged item, all damaged items must be returned within 7 days of delivery or it cannot be returned.
